‘Designing an experience’
''Its about people not property, its social impact not size, its designing an experience not buildings - this talk explains how Tim used great design to go from doing up a derelict house in Manchester, to spending £2m a week regenerating some of the most challenging and iconic projects in the North West ''
Bio:
Tim grew up in Salford, trained as a lawyer and left law behind to found property development company Capital&Centric which now invests over £2m a week in regeneration. Tim is co-founder of the charity Regeneration Brainery, an academy that increases diversity and inclusivity in property, this year it will mentor 100 young adults throughout the UK.
